Elliot was found in a park in Waterloo Iowa on August 19^th, 2021. He leapt to freedom from a transport truck on his way to the “Finishing Facility.” Elliot is an incredibly intelligent, precocious piglet always demanding attention and belly scratches.  Elliot was recently diagnosed with a terrible bone infection in his spine. Bacteria entered his spine when his tail was cut off at the factory farm where he was born.
