Who doesn’t love Taco Tuesday? Today, I’d like to share my personal favorite recipe. No specific amounts of the ingredients is required, add ingredients as you like to fit your taste buds. Throw it all in a bowl, toss and enjoy! It does not keep well in the fridge as it gets pretty soggy! But, not to worry, this vegan goodness is so yummy there won’t be any left!
Another perk of all this deliciousness…its plant-based. You can indulge knowing you are doing your part for animals and the environment by eating a meatless meal.
Please note: When purchasing pre-made products like salad dressings, make sure to check the ingredients lists so you don’t accidentally include animal products in your otherwise cruelty-free meal!
