As Hercules fought and struggled to live, Haven founders Alison and Danny Stone held him and nursed him until he became strong. Hercules’ Haven is home to farm animals, large and small, who tend to be the most overlooked when it comes to animal cruelty. Too often, are not seen as living, feeling beings. We are here to show the animals love, care and kindness that many of them have never experienced.
When visiting Hercules’ Haven, we welcome you to connect with the animals and experience the peace that comes with your new found bond. When you look into an animal’s eyes and really connect, you can find friendship and healing of your own soul.
We are a forever Haven for farm animals that provides opportunities for people to connect and restore while nurturing respect for all creatures.
Since we first met Hercules, our family has grown just a bit. Take a moment to meet each of our friends.

It has been a busy (and expensive) week at Hercules’ Haven. Freya, Odin, and Phoebe traveled to the University of Wisconsin Veterinary Clinic received much needed medical and surgical care. Meanwhile, Finnegan suffered an episode of choke. Finny is now doing well after a visit to the Equine Center to clear the blockage. Unfortunately, we are now looking at thousands of dollars in medical expenses. Please consider a donation today to help us help our beloved animal friends. Thank you!
